Intech is a leader in manufacturing stainless steel powdered metal components.

We have developed an extensive array of alloys to meet demanding applications. Whether you are looking for extreme corrosion resistance or high strengths, we have an alloy and process that can work for you. Listed below are our standard offerings in 300 series, 400 series stainless and other exotic materials. Note that alloys can be tailored to meet specific goals of corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties.

300 Series

Austinetic stainless steels ranging from base 303 stainless steel to enhanced 316 stainless steel offering the highest level of general corrosion resistance.

400 Series

Martensitic stainless steel for applications requiring higher strength and hardness, however, these come at the expense of corrosion resistance.

17-4PH Stainless Steel

A high strength stainless alloy which can be conditioned to H900 and H1150 in order to meet the application requirements of the part.

Special non-ferrous alloys

Monel (a blend of nickel and copper) resistant to seawater and steam at high temperatures acs well as to salt and caustic solutions. Monel is rapidly attacked by nitric acid and ammonia systems. Hastelloy C, is especially resistant to wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions.

Our powdered metal stainless steel parts and components can meet or exceed your requirements of ASTM B117 salt fog spray and ASTM B895 immersion corrosion testing.
